Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the United States.

For orders under $100, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and left our fulfillment center.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Multi-Location Fulfillment To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. This allows us to get your premium fragrance and hair care products to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Damages Christian Lux Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
