Refunds Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
